Learn something every day. Can you help with vitular answer in last weeks ST. Thought it had to be that because of the anagram but could not find in any on- line dictionary or in Oxford dictionary.

Thanks for the help. I have tried lots of dictionary sites and none can find vitular even Chambers 21st edition on line, obviously I am not going to the right one. will try Google again.

Hi chrisg, Many thanks for that, will definitely keep for future reference. We recently bought a very large and supposedly comprehensive dictionary (Oxford dictionary of English) when our old and much loved Newnes fell to pieces, which takes up a lot of room but we have already found that it does not have some words that we need to look up. Thanks again.
