As predicted elsewhere, this is by far the trickiest of the Weekend Three. I have a filled grid and the (correctly placed a nice touch) 11 cells of the AIRCON next door. I know what he did obsessively, but I can find nothing resembling it in the grid (nor do I know what his possession was). I must have seen it often enough too.

You might find the authorised hints at

http://bigdave44.com/2023/03/12/ev-1581/#more-166744

helpful. Two possessions are involved in the activity that you describe, one static (the first one) and one not (the second).

There are only seven instances of the appropriately shaped item.

...the cell with two letters is part of the 'possession'.

Thanks for the hints so far but I'm still stuck on the final fence (is that a relevant word perhaps?).
Got the second AIRCON and all the other names but can't see the possession nor the repetitive activity. Do things made in Meriden come into it?

If you google the surnames of the two Aircons plus 'scene' and watch the 2:43 video you should get the idea...

The second aircon is sat in his usual position, passing his time alone in the usual way - follow the path of one possession (repeated) on its way to the other one.

Thanks Spoffy and DRXX.
I had watched the wrong 2:43 secs video clip.
All clearish now though the contents of the closed loop cells showing the repetitive activity (apart from the first and last) doesn't seem to make much sense.

The contents of those cells should all be the same (they are the only 7 cells which contain that letter).
