Last - niggling -one.
7A. Electorate stuffed with Gordon's main lousy after-effect (8) h-ngover.
Was all set to put in 'hangover' then realised it might be 'hungover. Any thoughts? Thanks

It must be 'han(g)over'; the Electorate of Hanover was a region in Germany in 19th century.
