Can anyone please explain this one for me?

The clue is "Harlotry able to flourish exclusively in London venue" and the solution is "Royal Albert Hall". The bulk of the solution is an anagram of "Harlotry able" but the last three letters, "all", appear to come from "exclusively". I don't see how "all" can possibly be a synonym for "exclusively" - quite the opposite in fact. Am I missing something obvious here?

One could say eg "I'm all yours" = "I'm exclusively yours"

Very true, jazzgirl. I didn’t like it when I solved it, but it’s worth remembering that The Times Crossword book of reference is not Chambers, which doesn’t support the meaning, but Collins, which does. It’s definition starts “wholly, entirely or exclusively. all-American”

At primary school someone wrote a little poem for me and signed it "Exclusive"
I asked my Dad what was meant and he said "it is just for you" .....well maybe
