S?E?A All I can find is SPERA but cant see why.

Hi j - thanks for the explanation - so Siena is correct but the word play didn't connect with me but I just couldn't see Spera being the right answer.

Good thinking.
I can see that the SEN is a nurse and the I for Italy but still I can't see the whole thing. In the absence of anything better I am going with you.

It's the 'round' bit that threw me, I was looking for an o as in round=o.
