Just cant get my last one 8A "see hob is adjusted to cost slightly less" ?I?H?P?I?

See - as in churches area

Trevor,I thought of "bishopric" but why?

hob is adjusted - anagram = bisho
to
cost = price ,slightly less = pric

See is an area of influence that a bishop holds over. (I don't really know exactly what "see" in this context is. But - for instance - the holy see, is the vatican)
