Hi Old Gal

Re 10a. first 4 letters of the answer is a word meaning 'is going to' and the last 8 letters is an anagram of 'scenario'.

I could give you a further clue if you want it but will leave it at that for now.

Welcome back old gal. Missed you too.
Nimrod, if you read this, hope you are now well on the mend.
Haven`t finished yet. Can`t seem to find that martial art thing in my dictionary and so can`t work out the spelling!! Also stuck on 8A and 3D. Am sure some of you can give a hint or two.

Hi Mondrian, 8a - think religious dioceses
3d - a rather nasty fish!
For once, I've finished it in under one and a half hours! A miracle for me!!
Cheers

3d is an anagram of pan hair and is a fish. 8a is another name for a see.

Thanks Chris4food and torvic. These replies very helpful.

Noticed someone else has started another thread for RT39. I did the same last week by mistake.

What kind of food do you do Chris? And are you a Nigella or a Jamie type of person? Excuse my curiosity!!

Hi everyone,
It is (nearly) Friday and I have all of 39 done with the exception(like that??)of 22 across, where I am unsure of the last three letters.
Does the clue 'removing' mean these letters are "ing" or does 'in the wrong' mean they are
"ant" Not sending it in.
Cheers all.
