Sue may I also politely ask that you turn your caps lock off, it does jar the eye somewhat and tends to come across as shouting.

I also did not imply that a Peg was the answer, it just indicates where the anglers are in a fishing match (in my locale at least)
I have learnt something today.

The definition of locale.

noun: site, place, setting, position, spot, scene, location, venue, locality, locus.
e.g. An amusement park is the perfect locale for adventures.

Mamya is obviously using locale as an alternative to locality, and is not to be chided for it.
