Please can anyone help with 1 across (which also includes 29a and 19d)

One phrasing markedly unconventionally (6,6,7)

19d H?P?A?S

I'm thinking it's an anagram of 'one phrasing markedly' but I am not getting anywhere. Perhaps I've got the wrong end of the stick or perhaps some of my letters are wrong? Would appreciate any help.
