Hi dja - but what does mish mean as I'd thought of that but couldn't fathom it out

Hi everybody, thanks for your help.
I think I'll go with Radar for 13.
For 31, I already have 'mess' for another answer.....Disorderly condition....
Thanks for the suggestion for 21 too.
Still pondering.

31 Before mash (for an odd mixture)

Could it be mission?
I think "on" has something to do with odds in betting.
Just a thought

I wondered about 'spud bashing' as it comes before 'mash' but that has no connection that I can see to 'for an odd mixture'
Mission is certainly better than that thought.

Could 31 be Parade Ground...sounds like Pre Ground (before mash)

Thanks all for your suggestions. I cannot wait for the answers to see what it is supposed to be.
I have sent it off with 'Mission' as my guess...I had to plump for something and that was it.
I'll try to remember to let you all now when the answers come out.

The one that had us all foxed was:
Before mash...for an odd mixture
The question was voided because part of the clue was missing.
However, the answer, if the whole clue had been there was 'mission'...the one I picked !
