It was retitled "Married" when televised in the United Kingdom in the 1980's. What was the series called in the USA?

P.S I don't think it is "Married with Children"

According The Penguin TV Companion, which is a superb reference book for questions like this, the only series which fits the bill is Married ... With Children which was the UK title and ran on ITV from 1989 - 1994.

However, in the USA, the series was called Married For Life and ran from 1987 - 1997.
