It looks like it could be ACCOMPANY but that would make your N wrong. I don't take this paper therefore I don't have the clue which gave you TIN-TIN.

Thanks all

the Clue that I put TIN TIN in for was "Cheap American Duo Took Part (3-3) and I thought of 'Tin' being cheap, Tin-Tin being a duo and tin tin being a dog in a film i.e. taking a part but now remember that was Rin Tin Tin :)

3d is Two bit; an American phrase for cheap i.e. worth only two bits,10c.
two being the duo and bit being the part.
