Hi Ixion, I have just realised that I entered the letters wrong for 22ac. It should resd ??l??????g??
Don't think it's gobbledygook, unlessI've got 16dn wrong. The clue for that is Sliced baloney...I am one with a sickening appetite, and the answer I have is bulimal.

For 22 A I had -------p--se - and came up with 'telegraphese'. This may or not be correct - but telegraphese is certainly terse jargon!

Having realised that I entered galah in the wrong place entirely (had a major blonde moment) I think that 22 ac should actually look like this ??leg??g????. I'm wondering if it is phlegmagogue, which would fit very nicely, but not sure if I can reconcile the clue with the answer.

29a is causing me grief. I have s-ina- and can't find a sensible word to fit. Any offers gratefully received.
