Have you got the 9(or any of them) missing letters highlighted yet sillyboy?

The 9 highlighted letters start with "d" (from the dog clue) and go horizontally. e b and d in your list are correct.
The first missing word going clockwise at the top is 4 letters long and starts with "a"

sorry and one of your "n"s is correct too.
