They do Tony although I didn't personally think the definition and the answer were that well linked

Thanks AJH

Tony/Daniel Angel - can't find the Spenser assembly/relie connection on the interweb or in my list of Spenserisms - is it in Chambers?

Thanks AJH - have that link already - doesn't define the obscure ones like relie though unfortunately

Thanks again DA - but guessing the printed Chambers gives a listing for relie and specifies the use by Spenser which is really what I was looking to confirm.
The Interweb isn't all its cracked up to be!

I have a Chambers 2000 edition and relie is not in it. Have they added more old words and meanings in the later editions? I have always thought new editions added new words and meanings.
