Good morning everyone. I have sent off my entry this week but, as often happens, there is one clue I cannot understand.
24 ac Bishop wasting time in the pardoning of a sin that's over(7).
I had L_T_M_R. I know that Latimer was a bishop burnt at the stake, but I can't work out the rest of the clue. Can anyone explain it to me please?

It's a backward spelling of remittal - pardoning of a sin - less t fot time
