I've done almost all of this but stuck on 2. Cheese variety eaten by bowler, for one, and myself (7) ?A?AR?I (think next to last is a T) It looks so like Bacardi!

You are all welcome. Didn't appear to be much interest at first, then a flurry.
I was quite amused by the cheese problem. That's my favourite kind!
Perhaps not big in the UK - they seem to prefer their stinky cheeses.
