Thank you brendan and cerasus. I thought I was sure of the first and last letters. The F comes from Jalfrezi - clue - Hot Indian dish of meat or vegetables with chillies and spices. The T comes from 'Plastic covered frame for protecting plants outdoors' and I've got Polytunnel.
