Whenever I sit down to do the crossword, I try to do it a) in one sitting and b) by only doing clues linked to ones already done. The icing on the cake is to understand the logic behind all the clues. Today was almost the perfect day apart from this:
"Crop in East Sussex" = 'rye'. The fact that I'm a 'Jock' is probably the reason I don't understand this one...
