Finally finished it! 10ac took ages. I don't understand where Cashier comes into the solution to 26, and I can't fully understand where the solutions to 8 and 12 come from!

For 10d - I don't want to give the game away, but the first four letters mean "chief" the second 4 "mistake", then zero, then a reduction in fees Annd the office overseas - the whole is an office, as it were, and seas sounds like "c's"- underings? That's the way I read it.

I forgot 12 ac - It belongs with 17 ac, one of the works of one of the themes. If you look carefully, you will find it part convoluted anagram, and the irst three letters of 12 ac, sound like rent - the "account" means "sounds like". Oh, dear!
