Just checking it is definitely 6&5, not 6&4 (there's only 4 question marks shown for the second word). Main reason for checking is that an anagram of 'A Man United' is 'maiden aunt' (6&4)which could relate to missed match i.e. unmarried. Doesn't fully account for the clue though but thought I would check anyway.
