Almost finished but feel like I must have gone wrong somewhere.

10a) Time after time entering bar and beginning to yell angrily:

R?T?I?Y

But there are no words that fit....

Still uneasy about it though. TT is presumably the 'time after time' part, and rattily means angrily. Feels like there should be more to it..

rail is bar and y is beginning of yell

RAIL is the bar, Y from beginning to Yell

10a Rattily = angrily (def)
tt - time after time
rail- bar
y - first letter of "yell"

Rattily
Time after time is "TT"
Bar is "rail"
Beginning to "y"ell.

Yet there is somewhat of a difference is helping someone with a limited time scale, from your request for answers for a quiz with three months to go before its closing date.
