Enjoyed doing this puzzle , even though it took a wee while, and am currently "itching like a man on a fuzzy tree" and "all shook up" that I cannot parse 25 Down "The King's fabulous speech, failing to finish", for which the answer is obviously ELVIS. Where does the speech come into the reckoning?

Could "Elvis(h)" be the language of the elves?

My thinking was the elves were in fables, and so fabulous, if that makes any sense!
And according to Tolkien they spoke Elvish.
