Last one. Rook in spot with energy in attacking position. (6)
I have ?U?R?E and the options seem very limited!

Thanks Malone. Nice to learn two words in one clue!
How did you like this, I thought the fish clues were a bit er fishy. Three/four letter obscure fish should maybe banned... like three/four letter obscure coins, a bit boring?

Lumen, glad I could help. I enjoyed this crossword. The fish clues didn't bother me -in fact, I forgot about them until after my grid was filled. The obscure coins were needed in that other puzzle, whereas this crossword could be solved 'straight'.

Hello all. Am a bit late with this one as have been away. I have completed the grid but can't find two of the fish! I see them in 5, 26, 31,32,34 but the other two are well hidden.

Also cannot parse 35d (Map showing delta south of estate (4)). I have ?a?d and only one word seems to fit here.

Thanks in advance for any enlightenment!
