90. Last 5 letters, Italian word for love. Beginning a word meaning 'ill' but not quite spelled correctly.

92 is a tree that's a synonym for thumbscrew- anagram of twin with a wild beast inside. I assume that dry is supposed to be cry, but that seems to be superfluous.
