Wolfhound coming from zoo with fractured rib

I have BORZAI. I can see that the 3rd 6th and 1st letters are the fractured rib and that the Z = zoo but where do the O & A come in? or don't they matter?

It's Borzoi, not borzai, so you have an anagram of zoo and rib

No wonder I couldn't understand it AJT - simple when you know how and can spell!
