The answer is a man

It is part of a quote from Hamlet

Some interesting clues in this crossword! For example:

70D Time lip is treated by hair remover (7) - L?M?P?T

It has to be LIMEPIT but I think that's a little stronger than a hair remover!!

Just three left which I can't figure out:

43D Saint close to German lied (4) - S?N? - Could this be SANG?

65A What I do with i? I delayed, being senile (6) - ?O?T?T - The only word I can find which fits is TOMTIT but the parsing eludes me.

92D I'd lost a turning at a leap (2,5) - D? S?L?O - This has to be an anagram of IDLOSTA, and is probably some dancing term but again it eludes me.

@kepple - You'll find that 96A goes with 98A to make a quotation from the same book as 22A, 35A & 83A.

43d S ON G(erman)

92d DI SALTO (I think it's a type of leap in dancing)

65a I think this has something to do with 'Dotting' the i,and means 'Senile', but I can't quite get it.

It was but a stab , have since found this.

or as if paralysed ; to become stupid with
age, &c. — n. a totter, a stagger. Cf. Doiter.
Dottered, ppl. adj. doting in old age.
Dotterel, n. a silly person, a dotard.
Dottet, ppl. adj. stupefied. Cf. Doit.
