I am struggling with 26A Method of critical analysis of literary texts (14).
I believe the answer is DECONSTRUCTION but this is incompatible with the available letters - ?E?M?S?E?C?I?N
It looks as if two crossing clues are wrong:
22D Condemns to certain failure (5) DAMNS; and
24D Set of criteria against which to judge (5,2,9) TERMS OF REFERENCE
I hope you can sort this out for me.

Could you post the letters you have, please? It looks like the M in DAMNS and an E in REFERENCE are wrong - should be C and U - but difficult to tell without the crossword in front of me.
