SNUGGEST. Can someone parse that for me please !

If snuggest right then have
R - G . Again can someone parse that

The second one looks like RAG (hidden), but it's a bit of a leap to "badger" (as a verb, presumably?)

24a: snuggest = most warm (def)
suggest - intimate

Thanks chrise , did not see rag hidden in 'hunter again' , accept that rag is about the only version of r - g that fits clue !
