19 - I should have said that a 'gloriole' is a halo, aureola, often seen on paintings of saints.

At the point I started this thread, that other thread was discussing merits of the puzzle's difficulty.

Sunray, the reason for my post was to inform, not to command. On this forum I think there's a refreshing lack of people telling other people what to do. But, for future reference, I'm always happy to assist, whether or not I've been boring people with my opinions...
