I know only more common Irish names. This one is a variation of a name with 6 letters.

I do not have the theme word yet.
21d. I knew it is an occupant of sort. I cannot parse old rickety tent.
I have L???E? so three letters L,S,E can give me a tenant. But parsing?

I still have to work on 8d, 9d, 11a, 18a and 25d.
