How does "rows" fit?

I can't work out "one getting printed wrongly"

16D Trifling point to the clue
SLIGHT
Trifling point = def
Is "the clue" something to do with "light", a blank square?

15 dins (rows) with va inside

19 intrepid is anagram of i & printed
16 s (outh - cardinal point) & light (clue)
