Help please with parsing three answers to yesterday's Herald crossword by QIX:

10A Politicians' data originally in computer lost (8) - STATISTS

13A Goat or otherwise fawn shot by soldiers (6) - ANGORA

4D Woman raised voice on phone (4) - IRIS

I see the definitions at the start of each clue but don't follow the rest of them.

10, It looks like "statist(ic)s for data.
Originally, the first letters of "in" and "computer" lost/removed.

13, Otherwise "fawn" is the even letters in "fawn" = an
A shot is a "go" at something.
Soldiers are RA Royal Artillery.
Angora.

Yes, Seamus, just got it!
Iris raised/reversed gives "Siri".
Which, apparently, is a voice on an Apple iPhone!
I had vaguely heard of it before!

Thanks Rusty. My mobile phone is about 15 years old and has buttons so I'd never heard of SIRI but my son did mention it this morning.
