Found this Jumbo very frustrating. Many of the clues/definition seem very marginal! Glad to have finally finished it, but cannot parse answer to 3 Down. Help please.
"Ringing of bells in Brussels, unbearably loudly, always starts in Herge's Belgium?" (16).
Answer is "Tintinnabulalion". Will someone kindly explain parsing.
Thanks

tintinnabulaTion is "ringing of bells". Did the clue have "Belgian" rather than "Belgium"? Tintin is Herge's Belgian boy detective.
