19d Get firm to screen golf for clubs (7) c-n-e-l Is it conceal or congeal and why?

not feeling grand = not feeling well

congeal (get firm)
replace c in conceal for g(golf)

feeling grand...feeling well up north...hence off
conceal....screen swap the c (clubs) for put in g (golf) congeal ...get firm
