I can see meaning in 11a and envy is one of the seven deadly but EW for disgusting?
I can see parsing of INSERT but not a meaning.
12a Regularly taking milk kept in a cask (2,3) O? T?P. Beer on tap can be from a cask but I can't see what this has to do with milk.
