Good afternoon all.. today's clue is...Mineral of wonder, we hear...is it 'ore' or 'awe'?..I'd guess it's 'ore' but never quite sure with these..as ever all help very much appreciated:)

I would go for ore (but it could be either )

Since when did "ore" sound like "awe"?

The definition is mineral which is at the beginning of the clue....so it's ore.

Thanks Rossim, due to many distractions I've not managed to sit and do my alpha puzzle yet, but was going with 'ore' when I eventually do, Jazzgirl helped me decide earlier:)

Elle,yidreg...I ignored this clue when I saw it earlier. I bet it's the same awful setter who inflicted 'flaw/floor' on us!
