Struggling with last one in:
1d "Operational base of crew men" (5)

M?N?R seems like it must be MANOR, MINOR or MINER, but can't for the life of me see a parsing that fits

Any help much appreciated

Manor - Man = Crew/staff, verb +OR/other ranks, men.

I can see TRUMPE(t), but not the rest.

38d Steam train seen outside a race meeting (5,5) - ROYAL ASCOT (Race meeting)
