I wondered whether the one referring to Her Majesty might be "bus", a contraction of "omnibus" which, I believe, means to, by with or from everyone: that might be a little under-selective or over-plebeian for the Queen.

Somebody else gave the queen one as Tin Lizzie. This was the popular name for the Model T Ford.
