Can someone parse this out at all? 15squared haven't blogged it yet; I got the answer but don't really get the wordplay:

red and white refers to wine. bury - inter. against = v. Clips op from Norwich = N.

Thanks K: "ALA" is indeed correct, but I was reluctant to enter it because I didn't feel that "A LA" really means "PREPARED WITH". I put "ADA", an Indian dish prepared in banana leaves. It still seems much closer to the mark!
