It seems to be "Yo-yoing" but, although I can spot a "one" (i) and an unfinished "yoga", I cannot see how the clue works. Any suggestions?

14 Across: "Fish wrongly done after having bits taken off?" (7)

Looks like it might be "Overnet" but why?

overnet (to fish wrongly)
over - done
net (gross with bits deducted)

yo yo ing was answered a few days back by Rusty as follows

15, "yog(a)
"that" is "yon"
one is "i".

Thanks Jazzgirl. I couldn't find the earlier explanation of yo-yoing when I put in a search - but then I'm new to this forum.
