As is often the case, I've completed the crossword but am not able to fully parse one clue!

24D Too much in party repeated (5)

I have D?T?O so it's DITTO=(repeated) and I can see DO for party, but have drawn a blank on the rest. Grateful for any suggestions!

Looks like a compiler mistake to me - too much = OTT in party = DO, to give "dotto"?

I had thought that was a possibility, but it would be most unusual for Tim Moorey to post an incorrect clue!
