Am embarrassed that I can’t solve this as I have so many letters, but can only find two words that fit, neither of which make sense.

Saanen - I had to look it up on Sunday.

Thanks Malone, - I can see exactly how it parses too.

Saanen is a Swiss breed of short-haired goat. I think it's Saan being Satan, devil - heartless = remove the middle letter, t. Add En(d) death (not saved ultimately = drop the d from the end of saved). I hope this makes sense.
