11, Reflected in a mirror "bid" looks exactly the same.
27, Pre CE dent
Before is pre, CE is Common Era and dent is an impressed mark.
A picket is a "pale" around tail/rear reversed.

18, I think the whole clue sends you to the answer.
An anemometer is an instrument for recording wind speeds.
