Hi guys. First time post here, and sorry to ask so soon. I have C..NC... for 30 across. CHANCE ON makes sense, but I can't parse in spite of the ceramics inuendo! Any hints appreciated.

It's always better to give the clue - some solvers here don't get all the papers.

30 A. Unexpectedly find W.C. Boggs & Son? (8,2 words).

NB. This is a thematic crossword. Some clues contain 'a definitional misprint'. The other answers contain letters which are not provided by the wordplay.

I've got Chance On, but that's really because I had an 'a' as the fourth letter and it fitted!

When you start a new thread, there appear "Posting tips". It's worth reading them for hints like this.

Nelson, your post has made me realise there's a mistake in my earlier post. I went with Chance On as I had the 'a' for the third letter.
