Once again appealing now for help please.
(There is a misprint in definition) 10a:

I have E?????Y
Also 16a:
Cry from travel sickness in retreat (4)
And 19a:
I cut out 500 lumps on nun (4) I have I???

10 squally is windy, change first letter
16 answer is in clue reversed, misprint in first word
19 I have ended up with inia possibly?

10a is a word meaning windy with the first letter changed. Def is the first word of the clue, with the first letter changed.

16a misprint is in first word. Answer is a word hidden backwards.

Not entirely sure yet about 19a.

19 may be lumps on nut, ie the head

any thoughts on 4d?

4d looks like elastic but cannot parse or reconcile with 25a. Anyone any idea?

For 5d I had CHI. I now know it's wrong but CHI = gypsy and CHI = spirit. I cannot think what 5d should be.

5d is a type of whisky, and romany word for entleman.
I have 25d beginning with a P. So I don't want 4d to be ELASTIC.
