If it hadn't been for the two apostrophes I would still have been struggling with this next Thursday.

I don't know if the crossword has special instructions, but if not then 'Emely'

I've been mulling over Emely and Emily on and off today. I don't really like Emely - mainly because I've never seen it before. I have Emily - the 'im' being I'm, me - but then there's no indication in the clue to reverse it, to give the 'mi'. Mmm, will keep pondering...

Must be Emely i suppose although never seen that spelling. There are however weird and wonderful spellings of names nowadays.

Thanks, Marca. I'll stick with my Emily now that I've got a direct link for 'me' to 'mi'. (I was sticking with Emily anyway, but I wasn't totally happy!)
