Hi,

May have gone a bit awry. can't find words to fit.

Leicester, say, protected home rugby players. (8)
L--N-T-R ? rugby ? Leinster

Penny rings and gets beer, say, during Hindu festival. PO-J-H (I thought P=Penny OO=Rings and A Jar= gets beer POAJAH but I cant find it).

Qualmier? Unfortunately, I'm leaving lady. (6)

Sorry Frannie, Only noticed your answer this morning.

You are one smart lady - you are a lady aren't you?

I am assuming that you a Frances not Francis.

The way I remember is 'e' for 'er and 'i' for 'im.
