OK for the Swiss singing bit, and Mr Trotter is Del but can't parse the YO bit

"Del Boy" Trotter - Head off (B)eer

Don't see the reversal though.

Must be Del Boy - "B" from beer and remainder "gets involved" to give YODEL

Sounds right to me.
