1. Take a suit at cards(in the singular) either Club Diamond Heart or Spade and remove a vowel. Now rearrange the remaining letters to give the acronym of a charity.

2. Word Ladder. What is the fewest number of moves needed to change the word FLOCK to TRIBE and list the possible moves?

Spade..remove E and get PDSA

flock - brock - brick - trick -trice - tribe

Can do it in 7 but that's probably too many:-
FLOCK, FLICK, CLICK, CRICK, TRICK,TRICE,TRIBE

You are of course right AJT - I had meant block brock brick etc which is 7 like yours!

Flock To Tribe can be done in 6 (possibly 5 if you use a slang word !)
